Campaign Overview

Millions of young people in India are eager to work but lack access to employable skills, guidance, and opportunity. Through Mission Kaushal, we support youth from underserved communities with practical, job-oriented training that prepares them for real-world work environments. Many participants are first-generation earners navigating unemployment, informal labor, or early dropouts.

Your support enables us to run skill training centres, provide certified vocational courses, and deliver essential life-skills and communication training. We focus on building confidence, workplace readiness, and discipline—ensuring youth are prepared not just to get jobs, but to sustain them.

Each contribution directly funds hands-on training in computer literacy, retail, hospitality, and service roles, along with placement support and employer linkages. Beyond technical skills, Mission Kaushal nurtures self-belief, financial independence, and dignity—helping young people build stable livelihoods and support their families.
